Imagine: A job seeker finally scores an interview for a job she has eyed for years.

The interview is going well.

She says and does all the right things. She addresses her biggest weakness candidly, thus minimizing it. She explains why the company needs team players like her and proclaims her readiness to tackle the exciting challenges the new job would offer.

She's on her game -- until the interviewers ask about her Facebook page.

Her heart sinks. She recalls that the party pics from last weekend were just uploaded to her page. Her palms start to sweat as she quietly prays that the folder in her interviewers' hands doesn't contain anything …
